69 I do what many dream of, all their lives,
70 --Dream? strive to do, and agonize to do,
71 And fail in doing. I could count twenty such
72 On twice your fingers, and not leave this town,
73 Who strive--you don't know how the others strive
74 To paint a little thing like that you smeared
75 Carelessly passing with your robes afloat,--
76 Yet do much less, so much less, Someone says,
77 (I know his name, no matter)--so much less!
78 Well, less is more, Lucrezia: I am judged.
from Andrea del Sarto by Robert Browning
Lucrezia - enough with the twitter, the mobile phones and the lap tops in lectures. Switch them off, close them down, click no more, log off ...listen to what is being said by those around you. Disturb me no more.
Or I'll rip your bloody arms off.
[may not be poetry...but I mean it]

Yes , it is distracting, and the screens on the lap tops in front of me are distracting too - the constant screen movement draws my eye to them....I know maybe I am getting old, but I think that you should be able to down tools for an hour and listen to someone - out of respect if nothing else. Facebook can wait.
Banners are like clothes I think - they need to reflect your mood.
Yes, I think so. I like the image of you as Aunty Jack, and Mr FD as Thin Arthur. Just seems so appropriate...
