Women like this are utterly inspiring. I don't do half the things they do and am in great health!!

Thank you for this post. I wish I had felt good enough to do even a bit of what she's done during treatment!
My health is ok and I couldn't keep up....she is wonderful, isn't she!

Thanks for sharing this, FG. What an inspiring woman.
She is amazing. I feel that way about any woman who can go through chemotherapy and work at the same time. I was in lala land! I see that all the time on the Komen board and I wonder, how the heck can they do that? I could barely tie my shoes... hehe
Do you think age has anything to do it with it? Even a healthy middle aged woman starts to notice her memory and concentration diminishing a bit, so that coupled with chemo whould have to be really difficult.
Maybe. The younger women who are diagnosed really don't have much choice but to go on as if nothing is happening to their bodies, when you are chasing around little kids, you can't just lay on your back and feel sorry for yourself.

My memory...well...I know as we get older our brain ages too, and memory becomes a little difficult, but chemo brain is a whole different monster. I've done much much research on it, and it seems to affect people regardless of their age when they have chemotherapy. Unfortunately, some of it is not reversible. That is the hardest thing for me to come to terms with. However!!!! I do have flickers of hope! (I remembered what a butterfly was called yesterday that Pat posted...was a flicker) hehehe :))
What a wonderfully inspirational person she is. I hope her graduation went well yesterday.
Great photo and inspiring post. Thanks I'm going over to have look at the site.
