Feel better soon! As for swine flu...of course, I'm not in the thick of it, but it seems a bit overreacted to at the moment. (Oh, brilliant grammar that, I don't think.)

When I worked in an ER, I was initally amazed by the folks with flu symptoms who were highly offended when they were told to wear a mask. General opinion in the ER ran to "if they are able to worry about how they look when wearing a mask, they can't be that sick."
